When Itay Sacish announced he would bring the first U.S. 9beach Fusion Kitchen & Lounge Bar to Miami Beach, it was one of South Florida Business Journal‘s most-read stories that week.

Tables were already filling up fast opening night (July 10th), a sign that word was quickly spreading about the new Miami Beach hot spot and his Executive Chef Tal Aboav highly anticipated the concept’s impressive space on Collins Avenue.

A 300-person team in India put together the fascinating wood carvings found in the ceiling, walls and other parts of the venue.
